CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations can only be made by sending an email to vicepresident@denverapa.org and treasurer@denverapa.org and must be received no later than Friday Sept. 21st. All cancellations must be in writing.
Cancellations received before Sept. 14th will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations received between Sept. 15th to Sept. 21st will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after Sept. 21st 11:59 PM will not be refunded.
