Topic: Using Benefits to Compete for Top Talent:How Do You Stack UP?

The labor market in the Denver/Boulder Metro area is as competitive as it has been in decades.  Your benefits could make or break your ability to land the candidates you want.  But, do you know how your benefits stack up versus other employers in town?

Join us for a lively and informative session on June 18th to review how your benefits compare to what other employers are offering, both nationally and in the Denver/Boulder Metro area.  You'll learn more about the employer landscape and gain insight into how your specific benefits offerings stack up to your competitios.

This information can guide you as you and your executive team make benefit decisions, but also as you inform your current employees, with actual data to back you up, that your benefits may be more generous than they realize.  You'll also learn some key points to help you hold your benefits broker's feet to the fire, to make sure that they are doing their part in ensuring you have th emost competitive offering possible.

ZOOM meeting details will be sent out on Wednesday to registered participants.

Please note that RCH certificates will be sent by email once meeting attendance has been verified.  This could take up to 2 weeks.
